The Elks Lodge is a well known venue in Grass Valley and is famous for its ballroom with a spring loaded floating floor- it's great for dancing! \"The Lodge was chartered in 1900 and the Founding Exalted Ruler was none other than the historic figure of John Kidder, of the Nevada County Narrow Gauge Railroad (NCNG). Known to all in the Sierras as the \"Never Come, Never Go\". ​ \u003cbr\u003e   The beautiful Lodge is a well cared for jewel in the heart of downtown Grass Valley and at the top of Main Street.
